If the digital edition is not what you hoped for, email dennis@verdantech.co.za within 14 days of your purchase from the email address you paid with, and we will refund the full R299. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback is always welcome.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made through the provider you paid with, PayFast or Stripe, to the payment method you used. It normally takes 5 to 10 working days for the money to reach your card or account. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid chapters and narrations is removed.

Problems unlocking your purchase

If you paid and the book has not unlocked, that is our problem to fix, not a refund matter. Contact us with your PayFast reference and we will sort it out, usually the same day.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of South Africa.
