14-day money-back guarantee

If the digital edition is not what you hoped for, email dennis@verdantech.co.za within 14 days of your purchase from the email address you paid with, and we will refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback is always welcome.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made through the provider you paid with, PayFast or Stripe, to the payment method you used. It normally takes 5 to 10 working days for the money to reach your card or account. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid chapters and narrations is removed.

Problems unlocking your purchase

If you paid and the book has not unlocked, contact us with the email you paid with and your order or payment reference (from PayFast, Stripe or your receipt email) and we will restore your access promptly, usually the same day. Your money-back guarantee still applies: if you would rather have a refund, say so and we will do that instead.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of South Africa.
